Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
- We only accept returns or exchanges if there is an issue with the product, such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. If your item falls under one of these categories, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased during a sale or promotion, or on customized products.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Contact us at wearlumi9@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue, including photos if applicable.
- Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure the item is securely packaged for return.
Refund or Exchange:
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
- If approved, we will either send you a replacement item or issue store credit for the amount paid.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
- The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the error was made by us (for example, incorrect or defective item sent). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
